Rule 15
Formulation of questions
(1) The Commission should prepare the questions for the examination by experts or experts in the relevant subject.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the expert or expert who prepares the question should be provided confidentially with the syllabus of the relevant subject, sample questions, question making guidelines and other necessary details.
(3) Since the curriculum of a post includes various fields such as geography, history, economics, political, legal, scientific, international activities, etc., when constructing questions according to such syllabus, it should be arranged that all fields are included as far as possible by experts or experts in the relevant fields.< br> (4) Generally, five sets of question papers for each subject should be prepared for an examination to be conducted according to an advertisement.
(5) According to the annual schedule of the Commission, questions should be prepared keeping in mind the time of receipt of demand for vacancies and the condition of the balance in the question paper store.
